Who You Are Proven automotive retail leader— retail Automotive General Manager or General Sales Manager experience required. Have a history with Volkswagen— preferred but not required. Driven, ambitious, and obsessed with results. Hands-on, approachable, and able to motivate your team to achieve and exceed goals. A strategic thinker with excellent communication and coaching skills. Requirements Volkswagen experience is preferred but not required. Available to work flexible hours & weekends. Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins & outs.
