What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga Are you skilled in automotive glazing and looking for an opportunity to showcase your expertise while delivering top-notch customer service? Join the AA as an Automotive Glazier and Calibration Technician, where you will play a key role in replacing and repairing windscreens and recalibrating ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) technology. Your work will directly support AA business partners, members, and customers, ensuring the highest standards of service and safety. Key Responsibilities: Replace and repair damaged windscreens according to vehicle manufacturer specifications. Perform calibration of ADAS technology Provide exceptional service to AA Members, business partners, and customers. Maintain AA Auto Glass spaces, tools, and equipment to high standards. Collaborate with internal teams, including Operations Coordinators and Contact Centre staff. Uphold health and safety standards, actively participating in hazard identification and corrective actions. Manage customer feedback professionally to ensure a positive experience. About You | Mōu To excel in this role, you’ll bring: 3+ years of experience in a similar automotive glazing or technical role. Strong knowledge of automotive systems and processes. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Flexibility with working hours and a reliable work ethic.
