Insurance Agent – Empire Automotive Group
Location: Huntington, New York
Schedule: Monday–Friday (weekday availability required)
Compensation: Competitive Salary + Commission

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:

• Licensing & Experience
• Holds active and in-good-standing Insurance Agent and Broker licenses
• Minimum one year of Auto Insurance sales experience
• At least one year of prior customer-facing or telephone-based service experience
• Skills & Attributes
• Strong negotiation abilities with a proven track record of influencing outcomes
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Demonstrates professionalism through reliable presence and business-appropriate attire
• Empathetic listener who understands the value of customer connection
• High-performing, self-motivated work ethic suited to fast-paced, results-driven environments
• Committed to delivering outstanding customer service by building trust, showcasing expertise, and driving satisfaction
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and dependable with a positive, team-oriented mindset
• Receptive to constructive feedback and focused on continuous improvement
• Operational Readiness
  Flexible scheduling availability, including weekends and holidays
  Proficient in multitasking and computer systems, including Microsoft Office
  Maintains a clean, organized, and detail-oriented workspace

BILINGUAL IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH (PREFERRED)
