QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS – INTERNET MANAGER:

• Automotive Sales, Internet Sales or Finance Management experience preferred

• An energetic and outgoing ‘people’ person who is motivated to succeed

• Good customer service, communication, and computer skills
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record

RESPONSIBILITIES – INTERNET MANAGER:

• Hire, train, and assist the internet team

• Lead, motivate, and coach to achieve revenue targets

• Monitor/manage progress and performance
• Engage with customers to build a base of referrals and repeat business
• Train Internet Representatives in presenting products in a knowledgeable and professional way, and getting commitments from customers to close deals on shown appointments
• Manage own pipeline of customers creating appointments from opportunities
• Check e-mail frequently and respond to inquiries immediately.
• Help manage all aspects of the internet department
• Understand dealership operations including all aspects of sales and finance
