Position Overview: As the Lead Detail and Lot Associate, you’ll manage our detail team and ensure vehicles are prepared, cleaned, and merchandised to the highest standard before being delivered to customers. You’ll coordinate lot organization, oversee merchandising displays, and ensure vehicles are fueled, secure, and ready to show. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in a clean, organized lot and enjoys leading a team in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Starting pay for this position is $23.00- $25.00 per hour What You’ll Do: Supervise, train, and schedule the detail team to ensure work is completed on time and to company standards. Oversee the preparation and final inspection of vehicles for customer delivery. Clean, protect, and preserve both interior and exterior vehicle surfaces. Maintain lot organization— and secure vehicles daily. Ensure that merchandising displays are accurate and up-to-date. Remove snow, debris, or hazards as needed to maintain a safe and presentable lot. Monitor vehicle fuel levels and charge batteries to keep vehicles ready to show. Work closely with managers to support operational needs. Who You Are: A leader who can motivate and direct a team to achieve results. Highly detail-oriented—quality and presentation matter to you. Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. Professional and courteous when interacting with customers, managers, and co-workers. Organized with excellent follow-up skills, able to manage multiple priorities.
