Bolton Kia is Rapidly Growing. Currently, we are looking for a Licensed Automotive Technician to join our team!
As a Flat Rate shop, your income is only limited by yourself. Join our team to have an opportunity to write your own paycheck .
Bolton Kia has large bays, Air conditioned shop, in the heart of Bolton, Technician change room and lunch room facilities.

The individual chosen must have the same drive and motivation to produce as many hours as possible.

Duties

  • Perform automotive repairs and maintenance tasks as assigned
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues using appropriate tools and equipment
  • Conduct inspections and tests to identify potential problems and recommend necessary repairs
  • Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed
  • Assemble, disassemble, and reassemble vehicle components as needed
  • Weld and fabricate metal parts when necessary
  • Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required

Experience

  • Previous experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic is Required
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Customer service-oriented with good communication skills

This is a Flat Rate paid position. Remuneration is $32.00 to $40.00 per Flat Rate Hours (based on Sold Labour Hours as recorded in the stores Dealer Management System - DMS), based on experience and qualifications.
