Job description The Automotive Lube Technician will perform specialty repair work and maintenance with a focus on one system or function. The lube technician's responsibilities include preparing detailed vehicle service reports, replacing vehicle wiper blades and car batteries, and changing motor oil as well as transmission and brake fluid as needed. What you bring: Excellent mechanical repair skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient with computer diagnostic equipment and software. Ability to read service and repair manuals. Ability to perform repairs in a timely fashion. Ability to read work orders. Possess a valid California driver’s license and be able to complete and pass pre-employment screening. Requirements What you'll do: Performs repairs, replacements, or maintenance focusing on oil changes and tire rotations. Performs further tests that may include test driving the vehicle to ensure repairs are completed correctly. Performs other related duties as assigned. Engages in training to level up via Nissan's technician training program.
