This position is for a Facility Manager in charge of maintenance for all of the buildings at Sheehy Lexus of Richmond! Facility Maintenance ensures the dealership’s facilities and equipment operate smoothly, safely, and efficiently. This includes performing preventative maintenance, addressing repairs, and assisting with facility upgrades. The technician will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and operational environment for both employees and customers, contributing to a positive experience within the dealership.
