Metro Ford is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive growth across all departments. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to managing a comprehensive marketing program, from digital strategy to in-store experience.
As our Marketing Manager, you will be the central force behind our brand’s presence in the market, responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing all marketing initiatives. You will work closely with dealership leadership and department heads to ensure our marketing efforts are aligned with sales goals and deliver a cohesive and compelling customer experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in a marketing management role, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
• Strong understanding of marketing analytics, KPI tracking, and reporting.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and allocating resources effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.
• Proficiency with CRM and DMS systems, as well as marketing automation and analytics tools.
• Photography, Editing, and Videography experience considered an asset.
• PBS Systems knowledge a mild asset.
