Marketing Manager – Automotive (Passport Auto Group) Location: Marlow Heights, MD Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role Passport Auto Group is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and elevate our group-wide marketing strategy. This is a senior-level role for a seasoned automotive professional who can drive results, lead a team, and hold partners accountable. You will oversee a small internal marketing team, coordinate closely with our advertising agency, and work directly with dealership leadership across the group to ensure marketing initiatives translate to measurable sales and service growth. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and challenge a team of 3+ marketing professionals Partner closely with our external ad agency to execute and optimize all campaigns Maintain frequent communication with dealership senior managers across all locations Develop and deliver a rolling 30-day marketing calendar for all group initiatives Ensure all campaigns drive traffic, leads, and ROI (sales & service) Oversee brand consistency, promotions, and group-wide campaigns Track performance metrics and report results to executive leadership Qualifications 8–10+ years automotive marketing experience (required) Proven experience working in or with automotive dealership groups Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage people and influence outcomes Deep understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and vendor management Highly organized with strong communication and execution skills What We Offer Competitive salary, 100K +++, + performance bonus potential.
