JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in automotive repair, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires proficiency in using hand and power tools, as well as the ability to interpret schematics and perform maintenance tasks effectively.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous mechanic experience is essential
• Familiarity with welding techniques is a plus
• Strong understanding of automotive repair processes and maintenance procedures
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
• Proven experience in using both hand tools and power tools effectively
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
• Strong communication skills for effective customer interaction

• Perform diagnostics and repairs on various automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems
• Utilize hand tools and power tools to execute repairs and maintenance tasks
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure vehicle safety and performance
• Assemble and disassemble vehicle components as needed
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating repair needs clearly to clients
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols
• Handle heavy lifting of automotive parts and equipment as required
