Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Mechanic/Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical knowledge and skilled in automotive repair and assembly. As an Automotive Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles, performing routine maintenance, and providing excellent customer service.
Duties:
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles
- Perform routine maintenance, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
- Use schematics and diagnostic equipment to identify problems
- Assemble and disassemble vehicle components
- Weld and fabricate parts as needed
- Test drive vehicles to ensure proper functionality
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and answering questions
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a licensed Automotive Mechanic.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Strong customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license
