Automotive Mechanic – Roadside Assistance Patrolman
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Automotive Mechanic to join our Roadside Assistance Patrol team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic role where no two days are the same, helping customers on the road with vehicle issues.

What We Offer:

• On-road and in-house training
• Fully maintained late-model vehicle, fuel card, and tools supplied (all major tools included)
• Rotating day shift roster: 6am–6pm | 7am–7pm | 9am–9pm
• 12-hour shifts (with scheduled breaks)
• Excellent pay rate with commission opportunities
• Flexible part-time and full-time contract arrangements

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to roadside assistance calls promptly and professionally
• Diagnose and resolve a range of mechanical issues efficiently
• Deliver excellent customer service with empathy and care
• Maintain accurate service records and reports
• Represent the company with professionalism and reliability

Essential Requirements:

• Current Motor Mechanic licence
• Valid full Australian driving licence
• Proven diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
• Ability to demonstrate empathy and willingness to assist
• Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail
