An import dealer in South Bay is searching for an automotive service mechanic!

Qualified candidates will have:

• A smog certification is highly preferred for this position.
• At least 2 years of auto mechanic’s experience, preferably at a new car dealership.
• ASE certification is a plus.
• Mitsubishi master technician credentials are preferred but not required.
• Compensation will commensurate with experience and a generous flat rate plan will be offered, alongside full benefits.

Responsibilities

• Perform efficient and expert work on repair orders, in accordance with dealership, state and factory standards; maintain knowledge of all factory-technical bulletins.
• Address customers’ primary concerns with diagnosis, repair, and quality control to attain ‘Fixed First Visit’ expectations.
• Be accountable to all dealership owned tools, and superior cleanliness throughout workspace and in all customer vehicles (“leave no trace” standard).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
