Hicks Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Business Manager to join our team! We are looking for an individual that is able to work well with others in a professional atmosphere. Must be able to be able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Post daily bank transactions (Reserves/Funding Notices/Payoffs/FloorPlan)
  • Billing of car deals checking for accuracy of paperwork
  • Tracking the funding of car deals (CIT)
  • Liaison with Lenders/Banks/Manufacturers
  • Tracking Sales payroll and commissions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Office Manager.
  • Automotive accounting experience is a plus
  • Advanced computer skills. CDK is preferred.
  • Demonstrate the ability to keep confidential and sensitive information confidential and secure.
  • Demonstrates ability to efficiently organize work and maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Desire to grow professionally and learn new skills as needed
