We are seeking driven individuals who want to succeed and grow with the company. Experienced Automotive Office Manager required! Pay: $90,000.00 - $102,000.00 salary per year (DOE). Monthly bonus potentially based on net profit of the dealerships per the terms of the pay plan. Full-Time Monday through Friday. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Prepares monthly financial statement according to dealership guidelines, within each manufactures format and time frame. Interprets and analyzes the financial statement continually and informs Dealership/Corporate Controller. Pays the floor plan daily and reconciles monthly. Prepares analysis of accounts, as required. Assist with cash flow management by working with the corporate controller to follow contracts in-transit and vehicle receivables. Manage and reconcile factory statements monthly. Compute Sales Tax monthly. Reviews the general ledger and scheduled accounts. Notes any unusual entries and investigates and reports it back to the corporate controller. Controls petty cash amounts for the dealership. Ensures all manufacturer accounts including warranty claims, rebates, interest and co-op advertising accounts are current and accurate. Work closely with Department Managers with reporting of expenses. Train staff in account reconciliation and schedule cleaning. Monitor all schedules monthly. Compute FI bonuses monthly. Compute all Sales managers’ bonuses monthly. Supervisory responsibilities Directly supervise administrative professionals Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Interview, hire and train potential employees. Plan, assign and direct work appropriately.
