JOB OVERVIEW

As Operations Manager at UC Auto Ltd., you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of vehicle service operations, from inspections to customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate across departments to ensure vehicles are maintained and ready for sale or delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of experience in automotive service management or a related leadership role
• Strong knowledge of vehicle inspection, reconditioning, and repair processes
• Proven ability in inventory control, vendor coordination, and cost management
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license

• Oversee vehicle inspections, repairs, and reconditioning to ensure top-quality standards and reduce rework.
• Manage inventory accuracy, vehicle status updates, parking/zoning, and key/plate control.
• Resolve customer complaints and act as the main point of contact for stakeholders.
• Coordinate and evaluate third-party vendors, parts procurement, and repair cost management.
• Prepare operational reports, analyze maintenance costs, and implement process improvements for efficiency
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to achieve operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
