QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years of automotive painting or prep experience preferred
• Knowledge of paint mixing systems and refinishing equipment
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and efficiency
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

• Prepare vehicles for paint by sanding, masking, and priming surfaces
• Mix and match paint to ensure accurate color matching
• Apply paint and finishing coatings using proper spraying techniques
• Perform “pepper” work – small-area blending, touch-ups, and spot repairs
• Maintain clean and organized paint booth and prep areas
• Ensure quality control standards are met on all refinishing work
• Adhere to all safety and environmental regulations
