AUTOMOTIVE PANELSHOP QUALITY CONTROLLER – RANDBURG, GAUTENG

We are looking for an experienced Automotive Panelshop Quality Controller to join our team in Randburg. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering work to OEM standards.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in an automotive panel shop environment.
• At least 3 years’ management or supervisory experience.
• Trade Certificate in Panel Beating or Automotive Body Repair (NQF Level 4 or equivalent).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Contactable references.
• Additional I-CAR, OEM, or industry training advantageous.

• Inspect completed repairs to ensure compliance with OEM standards.
• Maintain and manage quality control documentation.
• Oversee and assist with the management of panel shop staff and workflow.
• Identify and resolve quality-related issues before delivery to customers.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are consistently upheld.
