• Technical Assistance: Offer technical advice and support to both customers and service technicians.
• Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1 Year experience in a dealership setting or Aftermarket Parts Advisor is a must.
• Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for a positive customer experience.
• Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of automotive parts, their functions, and compatibility.
• Background Check: Successful applicants must undergo a background check.
• Driver’s Abstract: A clean driver’s abstract must be provided as part of the hiring process.
• Preferred CDK experience
