As an Automotive Parts Advisor you will be responsible for providing friendly and efficient service to all customers. You will use our in-house Parts Catalogue system to specify teh correct parts for our clients. Additionally, you will be involved with estimating the cost and time needed for a wide range of mechanical repairs and relaying estimates. You will also use other in-house tools to correctly specify our customer’s requests for tires.

• Greeting customers, evaluating their needs
• Answering customer inquiries, either in person or on the phone
• fulfilling online tire orders
• stocking shelves with daily stock orders
• Create invoices using our “Co-Star” computerized shop system.

NOTE: This position is very active, and includes working inside, outside (regardless of weather) and in our shop environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $17.20 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 30 per week
