As a Parts Advisor, you will assist customers in finding the right parts and accessories for their vehicles while ensuring efficient inventory management and top-tier service. The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: Passionate about the automotive industry with a strong interest in vehicle parts and accessories. Customer-focused, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and highly organized, ensuring accuracy in inventory management and orders. A proactive problem-solver who can troubleshoot customer needs effectively. Experienced in automotive parts or retail sales (preferred but not required). Tech-savvy and comfortable using inventory management software and digital tools. A team player who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Customer Assistance: Provide expert guidance to customers in selecting the appropriate parts and accessories, both in person and over the phone. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels, ensuring timely ordering and availability of parts. Order Processing: Source and procure high-quality parts while verifying compatibility with customer needs. Product Knowledge: Stay informed on the latest automotive parts, accessories, and industry trends. Collaboration: Work closely with the Parts Manager and service team to enhance operational efficiency.
