Job description
The Automotive Parts and Service Advisor is a vital role, acting as a liaison between Automotive Parts and Service, as well as the technician and the customer. The Advisor will have dealings in all aspects of the automotive areas, including selling over the counter parts, quoting and selling tires and rims, and scheduling and quoting automotive work in the shop. The ideal candidate will be mature, attentive to detail, a team player, and customer focused.
This position will may have evening and weekend work.

Experience:

• automotive: 1 year (preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (required

• Answer inquires and provide information to customers
• Explain the type and cost of services offered to customers
• Sell merchandise
• Receive payments
• Investigate complaints
• Access and process information
• Perform general office duties
