JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Parts Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing inventory, processing orders, and ensuring that parts are readily available for our operations. This position requires strong customer service skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous dealership experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with ERP systems is essential.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management is highly desirable.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and vendors.
  • Mechanical knowledge or experience in HVAC systems is a plus.
  • Familiarity with demand planning and sourcing strategies will be beneficial.

  • Utilize CMMS for tracking maintenance and inventory management.
  • Perform demand planning to anticipate future parts needs based on historical data.
  • Operate forklifts as needed for inventory management tasks.
  • Provide support in manufacturing processes by ensuring the availability of mechanical components.
