JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Parts Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing inventory, processing orders, and ensuring that parts are readily available for our operations. This position requires strong customer service skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous dealership experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with ERP systems is essential.
• Knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and vendors.
• Mechanical knowledge or experience in HVAC systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with demand planning and sourcing strategies will be beneficial.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels to ensure availability of parts.
• Process incoming and outgoing parts orders, including data entry into ERP systems.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding parts availability, pricing, and specifications.
• Source and procure parts from suppliers while negotiating favorable terms.
• Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure timely delivery of parts.
• Utilize CMMS for tracking maintenance and inventory management.
• Perform demand planning to anticipate future parts needs based on historical data.
• Operate forklifts as needed for inventory management tasks.
• Provide support in manufacturing processes by ensuring the availability of mechanical components.
