Position: Automotive Parts Co-ordinator
Location: Normanton
Hours: Part time - 25 hours per week
Monday - Friday: 10am - 3pm
We are seeking a detail-oriented Automotive parts co-ordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day parts procurement and returns of West Street Garage (Normanton).
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Answering and directing phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
· Ordering parts from suppliers in a timely manner
· Returning parts to suppliers
· Data entry task and maintaining accurate records
· Performing clerical duties such as filing and scanning
· Using an integrated management software system
· Work closely with Customer Service and Technicians
· Speaking to and liaising with customers at front of house
Required Skills:
· Proficient in office procedures and administrative tasks
· Excellent communication skills
· Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task effectively
· Excellent data entry skills, with an attention to detail
· Experience in automotive parts sector
