What We Offer Medical and Dental Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off and Vacation Growth and Advancement Opportunities Paid Training Responsibilities Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish Communicate with customers regarding parts availability and order status Answer phone calls and provide accurate price quotes and information Review body shop estimates to ensure correct parts and pricing Provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers Pull and fill orders from stock accurately and efficiently Notify the parts manager of out-of-stock or urgent inventory needs Locate out-of-stock parts through external sources and place emergency orders when necessary Ensure all internal parts requests are billed on service repair orders Process payments from retail customers or secure credit authorizations Prepare parts orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pickup Requirements 2+ years of automotive parts experience required (Subaru experience a plus) CDK experience preferred but not required High School Diploma or equivalent Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Professional communication and customer service skills
