Capital Ford of Charlotte is looking for a Parts Dispatcher & Warehouse Supervisor to keep our parts department running smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you’ll lead our warehouse team, manage inventory, and ensure timely, accurate dispatch of parts to both customers and internal departments.

• Lead and motivate warehouse staff to deliver top performance
• Oversee daily operations: receiving, stocking, staging, and dispatching parts
• Maintain accurate inventory and keep stock levels on track
• Coordinate timely order fulfillment and delivery schedules
• Ensure safety compliance and an organized warehouse environment
• Work with vendors and internal teams to streamline logistics
