Richmond Hill Hyundai is looking for a Part-Time Parts Helper to join our growing team!

Job responsibilities:

  • Receive parts by following established processes
  • Effectively stock and manage inventory
  • Ship parts with accuracy and within established order fulfillment timelines
  • Help load and unload delivery vans safely
  • Establish rapport with customers in person; listen and ask questions that help to specify the needed parts and any related parts that may be required by the customer
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisor regarding parts availability and order status
  • Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards

Experience – Must Haves:

  • Able to establish and maintain good working relations with customers and staff by providing courteous, efficient and professional service.
  • Parts background and/or knowledge preferred
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to repeatedly bend or stoop to floor level and able to reach upper shelves with the use of a stool or ladder when necessary
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Valid Ontario Driver’s License with clean driving record; Driver’s abstract required

Work Schedule:

  • Part-Time, estimated 30 hours a week
  • Shifts can be scheduled between Monday to Friday: 8:00AM to 3:30PM
