Job Title: Automotive Parts Logistics Specialist (Portuguese Speaker)
Employer: Light Commercial Components Limited Location: Unit 6, Site 3, Crag Avenue, Clondalkin Industrial Estate, Clondalkin, Dublin, D22 RW86, Ireland
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (inclusive of a 30- minute unpaid daily break), totalling 39 hours per week. Overtime must be authorised in advance and will be remunerated in accordance with Irish employment law.
Position and Start Date: The successful candidate will commence employment on Monday, 1st December 2025.
Salary & Benefits: Annual Gross Salary: €34,200 (€657.69 per week; €16.86 per hour, based on a 39-hour week, in line with the Employment Permits Regulations 2024)
Overtime Rate: €25.25 per hour (pre-approved, per Irish law)
Annual Leave: 20 paid days per year plus statutory public holidays (Organisation of Working Time Act 1997)
Business Expenses: Reimbursed with valid receipts and prior approval

Light Commercial Components Limited is a trusted automotive parts distributor based in Dublin, sourcing directly from manufacturers to ensure quality, provenance, and reliable service to repair shops and dealerships. We are seeking a skilled Automotive Parts Logistics Specialist (Portuguese Speaker) to join our team. This role is central to ensuring the smooth flow of automotive components from suppliers to customers, safeguarding the integrity of our supply chain and enhancing customer trust.
Key Duties:
Coordinate directly with domestic and international manufacturers, including Portuguese-speaking suppliers, to source automotive parts in compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
Inspect and verify all incoming parts for accuracy, quality, and compliance before acceptance into inventory.
Plan and manage delivery schedules and route sequencing to ensure efficient and timely distribution to customers.
Liaise with suppliers, transport partners, and customers in both Portuguese and English, providing language-specific support for communications and documentation.
Maintain transparency, reliability, and high service standards within the supply chain.
Requirements:
Fluency in Portuguese (essential) and English (strong working proficiency).
Previous experience in logistics, supply chain coordination, or automotive parts distribution is desirable.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work to tight deadlines.
