OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Automotive Parts Manager to oversee the parts department in our dealership. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in sourcing, procurement, and supply chain management. This role is crucial for ensuring that our inventory levels meet customer demand while providing exceptional customer service. The Automotive Parts Manager will also be responsible for negotiating with suppliers and managing data entry related to parts inventory.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a dealership environment is preferred.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge related to automotive systems and components.
  • Proficiency in data entry, with experience using ERP systems for inventory management.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes, sourcing strategies, and supply chain logistics.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to secure competitive pricing from suppliers.
  • Ability to provide outstanding customer service while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Experience with manufacturing processes or HVAC systems is a plus.
