REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience as a Parts/Service Advisor or in a related automotive role preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems and parts.
  • Excellent communication, relationship building and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with parts/service systems and inventory software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask efficiently.
  • Strong computer and analytical skills.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Chrysler experience an asset but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
  • Advise customers on necessary and recommended services based on the vehicle condition.
  • Provide accurate cost and time estimates for repairs and services.
  • Communicate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service repairs.
  • Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicle.
  • Maintain detailed records of services, repairs, and customer interactions.
  • Assist customers in identifying the correct parts and accessories for their vehicle.
  • Create parts quotes and invoices for retail and wholesale customers.
  • Check parts availability, place orders, and manage inventory stock and returns.
  • Collaborate with service technicians and provide timely delivery of needed parts.
  • Process transactions accurately and ensure proper documentation.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and ongoing promotions.
  • Locate parts from stock and through manufacturer and aftermarket sources.
