POSITION OVERVIEW:

MNVNA is seeking a world class quality Automotive Polish Technician who will be responsible for wet sanding and polishing newly painted body panels for vehicle assembly.
This is an exciting opportunity for anyone who desires hands-on experience with high performance vehicles, the latest in automotive technology, and has a passionate interest in automobiles.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience in auto body finishing and repair
  • An understanding of composite component construction is an asset
  • Ability to interpret basic instructions both verbal and written
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate shift work if required
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and instruction

Responsibilities:

  • Follow all established safety procedures
  • Mask appropriate areas as required
  • Wet-sand and polish components utilizing various buffing techniques
  • Identify and correct paint defects (Debris in paint, Runs, Sags, Solvent Pop)
  • Maintain polishing tools and materials
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic team environment and providing positive feedback
  • Adhering to Multimatic’s quality-focused attitude and work culture
    Training is provided as required.
