Job Description Job Title: Porter Manager Location: Berman Subaru of Chicago Schedule: Monday-Saturday 8AM-5PM (Sundays & 1 Weekday Off) Pay: $55,000-$60,000 Based on experience Prior Porter Manager or Managerial Experience, required. Responsibilities: Supervise, train, and delegate tasks to the entire sales and service porter team Monitor the performance of porters, providing feedback and guidance to maintain high standards of work Ensure vehicle transportation, lot organization, and preparation of vehicles for delivery are completed in a timely and efficient manner Assist with the physical transportation of vehicles within the dealership’s lot and service area Ensure all vehicles are parked correctly, minimizing damage and optimizing the dealership's space for customer access and vehicle movement Create and maintain daily schedules for the porter team, ensuring appropriate coverage for all responsibilities throughout the day Perform interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles Ensure the dealership’s interior and exterior are always clean, organized, and presentable Oversee the cleaning and upkeep of the showroom and customer areas, making sure the environment is welcoming and professional Benefits/Perks Competitive PTO Policy - Earn 2 weeks within your first year of employment! Qualifications Managerial experience, required. Porter Manager experience, preferred.
