ABOUT THE ROLE:

As an Automotive Product Advisor - New and Used, you will guide customers through every step of the car buying process. From test drives to trade-ins, you’ll be the key to building lasting relationships and helping our customers find the perfect vehicle for their needs and lifestyle, new or pre-owned.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom, on the lot, and online
• Understand and present new and pre-owned vehicle features and benefits
• Provide exceptional service throughout the entire buying experience
• Conduct product presentations and test drives
• Follow up with leads and maintain relationships using CRM tools
• Stay current with product knowledge, inventory updates, and promotions
• Work with the finance and service departments to ensure customer satisfaction
