JOB DESCRIPTION:

As the Receptionist, you will be the Ambassador of our company with your interactions with guests and visitors. As their first impression, it is crucial to be positive, enthusiastic and you must compassionately greet all who enter the dealership and provide them with directions or whatever information they may need. Phone etiquette is very important; you must be professional and polite when speaking to everyone.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Positive, enthusiastic, and friendly
  • 1-2 years of related experience (an office environment would be preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, word and excel
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
  • Be the Ambassador for the company
  • Answer incoming phone calls, determining the purpose of the call by active listening and then making sure the call gets forwarded to the appropriate personnel and department
  • Greet anyone who comes into the dealership and assist them with inquiries, directing them to waiting areas if necessary
  • Assist with inventory tasks such as processing inbound delivery of vehicles
  • Collect, sort, distribute and prepare correspondence, mail, messages, and courier deliverers
  • Receive payments, record receipts for service, and handle and reconcile all petty cash daily
  • Assist with other administrative and HR tasks as needed
