As our Rental Coordinator, you'll play an important role in keeping our customers on the road by managing our rental fleet and delivering a seamless, hassle-free experience from start to finish. If you're dependable, organized, and enjoy helping people while keeping operations running smoothly, we'd love to have you on our team. What You'll Be Doing: As our Rental Coordinator, you'll oversee the day-to-day operation of our rental vehicle program while creating an outstanding customer experience. * Welcome customers and assist them with rental vehicle needs. * Coordinate rental reservations, vehicle assignments, and returns. * Explain rental agreements, policies, and vehicle features. * Verify driver's licenses, insurance information, and required documentation. * Maintain accurate rental records, contracts, and billing information. * Monitor vehicle availability and coordinate scheduling to maximize fleet utilization. * Inspect rental vehicles before and after each rental for cleanliness and damage. * Coordinate vehicle maintenance, fueling, and cleaning to ensure the fleet is always customer-ready. * Communicate with the Service Department to support customers needing transportation during vehicle repairs. * Resolve customer questions or concerns with professionalism and urgency. * Support the dealership with additional administrative tasks as needed.
