JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Repair Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive and demonstrats expertise in sourcing parts and having the ability to multitask at a high level . This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional customer service while ensuring high-quality workmanship on all automotive services.

• Build tickets submitted by technicians.
• Quality Check completed repairs in a timely manner.
• Order, intake and return parts in a timely manner.
• Engage with customers to explain repair needs and upsell additional services when appropriate.
• Collaborate with service writers to ensure clear communication regarding customer needs and service recommendations.

  Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
