Job Description Jackie Cooper Nissan is accepting applications for an experienced automotive retail sales manager at its Tulsa, Oklahoma store. As a Sales Manager, you’ll play a vital role in driving sales performance, coaching and motivating team, and ensuring exceptional customer experience. You’ll be responsible for overseeing daily dealership operations, developing effective sales strategies, and maintaining a positive, high-energy environment. Recruit, train and retain top sales talent. Set measurable performance standards. Understand the market and develop strategies for acquiring, managing and moving appropriate inventory. Manage the sales process from start to finish to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Develop and maintain strong relationship with fixed operations department. Understand fixed operations and reconditioning center processes. Establish goals and lead department to consistently surpass goals. Empower employees to achieve maximum performance. Attend sales manager meetings Qualifications Possess proven leadership and management tangible and intangible skills to train, develop and retain top talent. Previous automotive retail sales manager experience required. Professional appearance. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Be able to present orally to a public audience. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment. Proven customer service skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
