Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Sales and Customer Service Assistant role is a key business contributor whose primary role is to drive business growth via a customer and solution focused approach. The role will be responsible for handling walk-in traffic and educating customers on Splends unique and industry leading products and managing a portfolio of existing customers. Please note this role will be based out of our Cricklewood hub and is an onsite position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of all Splend’s vehicle subscription packages and related products. Continuously update knowledge base with new features and updates to ensure accurate representation to customers.
  • Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and recommend products that best fit their requirements. Guide customers through the decision-making process, from initial inquiry to final sale.
  • Assist in daily hub operations, including customer onboarding, processing returns, and vehicle exchanges. Ensure all interactions and transactions are conducted smoothly and efficiently.
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with the Team Leader to help refine sales strategies and product offerings. Participate in regular team meetings to discuss challenges and opportunities.
  • Adhere to all company policies and regulations regarding sales practices and customer interactions. Ensure the integrity of sales transactions and customer data.
