In this role, you will be responsible for connecting customers with the right vehicles and ensuring a smooth, positive buying experience. You will leverage your knowledge of automotive products and excellent customer service skills to help customers find their ideal vehicle while driving sales and fostering repeat business. RESPONSIBILITIES * Greet and engage customers promptly and professionally. * Identify customers’ needs and recommend suitable vehicles. * Provide detailed information about vehicle features, financing options, and pricing. * Conduct test drives and vehicle demonstrations. * Negotiate sales terms and close deals effectively. * Maintain thorough knowledge of current inventory and market trends. * Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. * Collaborate with team members and management to meet sales goals. REQUIREMENTS * Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Customer-focused attitude with the ability to build rapport quickly. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer inquiries. * Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. * High school diploma or equivalent.
