Your role will involve contacting them, guiding them through the process, and ultimately bringing them to the dealership to find the perfect vehicle. Responsibilities
  • Lead Management: Handle inbound leads from top lead providers and follow up effectively.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule and confirm appointments with potential customers.
  • Customer Relations: Build lasting relationships with customers through consistent communication.
  • Product Expertise: Be a vehicle expert and know all product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technology.
  • Customer Engagement: Answer consumer questions, send additional photos, and provide price information.
  • Sales Strategy: Send promotional emails to engage customers on a bi-weekly/monthly basis.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Effectively negotiate and close deals to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Lead Tracking: Track leads to maximize sales potential and advertising resources.
  • Multitasking: Prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously to meet and exceed sales goals and deadlines.
  • Record Keeping: Submit concise, complete, and clear records for both dealership and consumer.
  • Overcoming Objections: Learn to handle objections effectively and thrive in sales situations.
