Your goal is to help customers feel informed, confident, and excited about their purchase. A Typical Day Includes: Engaging with customers via phone, email, text, and in person Understanding where each customer is in the buying process and identifying what information they need Completing in-depth product demonstrations Working with our inventory and acquisition teams to determine market value on trade-ins Presenting and explaining purchase terms, including pricing, payments, and loan structures Following up with customers to answer questions and ensure a positive experience Qualifications Must have a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
