Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide vehicle options that fit
• Build strong relationships and deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process
• Manage leads effectively, from initial contact to close
• Stay up to date on current inventory, promotions, and market trends
• Work closely with management, finance, and service teams to ensure smooth customer transactions

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of automotive sales experience
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license (unrestricted)
• Valid VSA license (criminal record check required)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and team-oriented
