Career Growth Opportunities Employee Assistance Plan Employee Discount Program Responsibilities: Close sales deals and meet monthly sales targets Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions Conduct test drives, demonstrate vehicle features, and address customer concerns Negotiate prices, trade-ins, and financing options to meet customer needs and dealership goals Maintain accurate records, including sales reports, customer interactions, and vehicle inventory Collaborate with the sales team, management, and other departments to achieve dealership objectives Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity INDSJBR Qualifications 2+ years of experience in automotive sales, preferably as a closer Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong product knowledge and ability to learn new products and technologies Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations High school diploma or equivalent required Valid driver's license and clean driving record Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
