• Automotive Sales Consultant’s Responsibilities include:
• Creating and maintaining a client base that is built on trust and integrity
• Developing the skill set required overcome objections
• Learn to guide a customer through the entire sales process
• Demonstrate the features and benefits of Ford new, CPO and used vehicles including the latest technology and packages
• Set and achieve goals required for monthly and quarterly objectives
• Promote themselves and our dealership by sharing and engaging with our social media accounts to help promote current promotions, specials, and messaging.
• To fully learn and use our CRM for proper follow up with customers, and to input detailed notes so that our management team knows status of each customer.
• Routinely and regularly check their work email throughout each day to stay current with all information shared from the dealership as well as customers and the manufacturer.

Candidates must have flexible availability including nights and weekends, professional appearance and a clean driving record, as well as be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and Drug Screen.
