Since 1911 Cambrian Ford has been serving customers throughout all of Northern Ontario. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and competitive individual to join our sales team. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven sales experience
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • Must have or be able to obtain OMVIC license
  • No prior Automotive experience needed but preferred
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $75,000.00-$150,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Ensures a high quality, effective, and professional experience is provided to every customer following the dealership’s sales process.
  • Maintains high ethical standards in daily activities.
  • Develops and achieves challenging individual goals and expectations.
  • Follow-up and prepare customer appointments.
  • Establishes knowledge base of accessory packages available to customers.
  • Work and take advantage of all phone, walk-in, service drive and internet traffic.
  • Establishes knowledge base regarding all products, services, customer demographics or profiles, and competitive automotive makes and models.
  • Has an approachable style; fosters open communication through active listening and takes prompt action to respond to customer needs.
  • Speaks clearly, concisely, and effectively; produces accurate and clearly written documentation of services.
  • Follow-up on recently delivered customers to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Implements and adapts to changes quickly and efficiently.
  • Maintains courteous and professional relationships in all situations with dealership customers and employees.
  • Coordinates with service department, collision centre, and others to ensure that customer requests are met.
  • Identifies and supports opportunities for methods/process improvement in the sales department.
  • Maintains working knowledge of Ford, finance, lease and insurance programs.
