DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 1 year of customer service or sales experience is required.
  • Automotive sales experience is preferred, but we provide training!
  • Experience generating sales leads online and over the phone is a plus!
  • Proficient computer skills including data entry, typing, internet usage and the ability to learn and utilize new technology.
  • A demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • The ability to think from the customer’s perspective to understand objectives and respond thoughtfully.
  • Bilingual in verbal and written English and Spanish is a plus!
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
Responsibilities
  • Convert visitors into customers by understanding their needs and pairing them with a vehicle that fits their lifestyle.
  • Conduct professional demonstrations of vehicle features and organize test drives.
  • Educate potential buyers on product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technology.
  • Assist customers with the completion of sales and financing paperwork.
  • Deliver sold vehicles and follow-up with buyers to ensure satisfaction and generate referral business.
  • Respond to internet, live chat and phone inquiries promptly using phone, email and texting to generate sales appointments.
  • Log daily sales lead activities in the CRM and follow up with customers who are not ready to make an appointment
