REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of experience in customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Valid driver’s license and knowledge of dealership products and services

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the dealership management system.
