Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and positive brand perception. Key Responsibilities: - Greet customers, ascertain their needs, and provide expert product knowledge and recommendations. - Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately, including handling cash, credit card payments, and returns. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of store inventory, promotions, and policies. - Assist in visual merchandising and store upkeep to create an attractive and organized shopping environment. - Build rapport with customers to foster loyalty and generate repeat business. - Proactively address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints effectively. - Achieve individual and team sales targets as set by management. - Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth store operations and exceptional customer service. - Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding sales practices, customer service, and loss prevention. - Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment. Qualifications Required Education: - High School Diploma or equivalent Required Experience: - Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in a retail environment. - Experience meeting and exceeding sales quotas. - Experience building and maintaining customer relationships. - Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
