Requirements High school diploma or GED equivalent; or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience Available to work flexible hours & weekends. Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but not necessary. Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins & outs. Effective communication skills Professional appearance. Basic mathematical aptitude Ability to apply and understand reasoning. Clean driving record with valid driver license. Willing to submit to a background check & drug screening. Responsibilities

The consultant will be responsible for building long-term customer relationships throughout the entire sales process, from initial contact to post-delivery follow-up. This includes guiding buyers, matching them with appropriate Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles, and utilizing various communication channels to close deals professionally.
